Duties

Lead the full project management lifecycle from requirements gathering to project closure, to ensure successful delivery. Develop comprehensive project plans including scope management, risk management, scheduling using tools and cost control strategies. Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration through effective meeting facilitation and communication skills; manage stakeholder expectations and negotiate project deliverables. Implement program development strategies by applying process mapping, business process modeling, and root cause analysis to optimize workflows. Oversee project portfolio management activities to prioritize initiatives aligned with organizational goals; utilize PPM tools for tracking progress. Manage vendor relationships and contracts while ensuring compliance with quality management standards; coordinate IT infrastructure projects and vendor deliverables. Apply data analysis skills for project reporting, earned value management, and performance metrics; utilize tools such as SAS or Salesforce for data collection and analysis.

Requirements

Proven experience supervising teams on complex projects within an Agile or Waterfall environment; demonstrated leadership in project management or program development roles. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including proficiency with project management software. Expertise in requirements gathering, scope management, risk mitigation, and change management processes. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement, presentation delivery, and technical writing; experience facilitating meetings and conflict resolution. Certification in PMP (Project Management Professional), Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or equivalent is highly desirable. Pay: $69,020.41 - $83,121.36 per year
