We are currently hiring a

Construction Project Manager

to join our exceptional team based in Corvallis, OR. This is an on-site position; relocation assistance is not available, and candidates must already reside locally.

Main Roles & Responsibilities:

A Gerding Builders' Project Manager works with Project Executives, Superintendents, Project Engineers, and other team members to successfully complete project objectives from inception through close-out. Ensuring healthy client relationships by managing contracts, change orders, correspondence, and meetings Controlling project budgets by managing buyout, contingency, subcontracts, subcontract change orders, phase codes, billings, payments, and cost projections Maintaining up-to-date project records and documentation (electronic and hard copy) Communicating with owners, subcontractors, designers, and other project stakeholders Assisting with scheduling, quality control, and safety management Assisting with preconstruction tasks such as business development, estimating, and bidding Demonstrate a commitment to an Injury-Free Environment through own actions and mentoring others

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree - Preference given to Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent 2-5 years of industry experience Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, MS Project, Viewpoint) Ability to read drawings and specifications Strong written and verbal communication skills Basic math/accounting skills Broad understanding of industry Good time management skills and organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
