We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee complex construction projects from inception to completion. Duties

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Develop comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software to coordinate activities across multiple teams and subcontractors. Oversee procurement processes including construction estimating, bid evaluations, and contract negotiations to secure necessary resources. Manage project documentation such as blueprints, schematics, contracts, and change orders using construction management software like ProCore or Bluebeam. Coordinate on-site activities ensuring construction site safety, compliance with regulations, and adherence to design specifications including Civil 3D models and schematics. Monitor progress through regular site inspections and progress meetings; address issues proactively to prevent delays or cost overruns. Collaborate closely with engineers, architects (), subcontractors, clients, and internal teams for seamless project execution. Review construction drawings and blueprints for accuracy; interpret schematics and technical details critical for successful implementation. Track project costs using HeavyBid or similar estimating tools; prepare detailed reports on project status for stakeholders. Ensure all work complies with contractual obligations, safety standards, and environmental regulations. Facilitate effective communication across all project phases; maintain detailed records of project activities, changes, and approvals.

Experience

Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in civil or commercial projects involving heavy infrastructure or building developments. Extensive on-site construction experience demonstrating hands-on knowledge of construction site operations and safety protocols. Proficiency with industry-standard software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other construction management tools. Demonstrated ability in project scheduling, coordination of multiple stakeholders, and managing complex timelines effectively. Strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, contracts administration, and construction estimating processes. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently under tight deadlines. Effective communication skills to liaise confidently with clients (), team members, vendors, and regulatory agencies. Familiarity with construction site safety standards and environmental compliance requirements is highly desirable.
