iWorld Professionals is seeking a Construction Project Manager for our client a growing national construction company with an office in Concord NC. This is an onsite position.
Construction Project Manager Position Summary: This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career Project Manager to lead smaller-scale projects and gain hands-on experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors-while learning directly from senior leadership.
Construction Project Manager:
Assist in planning and executing commercial construction projects from start to finish
Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure quality and timely delivery
Conduct regular site visits to track progress, uphold safety, and maintain documentation
Prepare estimates, schedules, budgets, and progress reports
Support the Senior Project Manager in resolving challenges and maintaining client satisfaction
Construction Project Manager Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1-3 years of experience in project coordination or management within the construction industry
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with project management tools (Procore, MS Project, or similar)
A proactive, coachable attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment * OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain within 3 months)

• Ability to work onsite in Concord NC.
