Bear Construction is seeking skilled Project Managers to oversee and manage multiple residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction management including remodels, restorations and new construction, and possess excellent communication and project coordination skills. ## Responsibilities

- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of construction projects from beginning to end

- Establish trust-based relationship with customers to deliver final product that exceeds expectations

- Sell add-ons and additional services to boost project revenue and efficiency

- Manage construction sites, ensuring adherence to OSHA safety protocols and high-quality standards

- Read and interpret plans, blueprints, renderings, and construction documents

- Utilize construction management software to develop take offs, track job costs, ensure labor efficiencies and job profitability

- Negotiate contracts/bids/proposals with subcontractors and vendors

- Closely monitor project progress and ensure timelines are met

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders including clients, inspectors, architects, engineers, and other contractors

## Experience

- Proven experience in residential construction, in a management or leadership role

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, procedures, codes and regulations

- Proficiency in scope reading and understanding of construction drawings

- Familiarity with homeowners insurance claims is a plus

- Experience in high-end trim carpentry and finish out is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
