Job Description

This role oversees the full lifecycle of commercial interior construction projects for national retail clients, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager coordinates teams, contractors, and stakeholders while maintaining strong client relationships and operational excellence.

• Manage the full project lifecycle-from pre?construction planning and budgeting to close?out documentation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and proactively resolve field issues.
• Prepare schedules, track project milestones, and maintain strict cost control.
• Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring clear communication and a strong customer experience.
• Enforce safety standards, quality expectations, and brand?specific design requirements.
• Oversee procurement, change orders, and vendor management.
