Construction Project Manager
based out of our Corporate Office located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

The Construction Project Manager will oversee all phases of retail store maintenance, remodeling, and construction, reporting to and working closely with ownership on all major and minor projects.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee construction projects from planning through completion, including developing project scopes, schedules, and budgets; ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Review architectural and engineering plans for compliance with company design standards, lead project kick-off meetings, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee bid processes, including evaluating proposals and assisting ownership in the selection and negotiation of construction contracts.
Manage procurement activities, issuing purchase orders, and ordering owner-provided materials.
Monitor construction progress and financial performance through regular site visits, cost tracking, and review and approval of contractor invoices and change orders, while identifying value-engineering opportunities that maintain quality and timelines.
Coordinate all LM vendor installations.
Communicate project updates and milestones to leadership and key stakeholders.
Oversee project closeout including managing punch lists, final invoicing, and warranty items.
Manage ongoing maintenance needs for the company's retail stores and properties, including but not limited to acquiring quotes on major repairs, coordinating with tenants and/or store leadership on these projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
4 to 6 years of experience managing commercial or retail construction projects
Strong understanding of construction processes, permitting, design coordination, and cost management.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to travel frequently to job sites and/or retail locations as needed.
