We're recruiting for a Project Manager to join a reputable general contractor based in Springfield, MA. This role supports a major healthcare expansion project and offers long-term growth within a high-performing team.
Construction Project Manager - $54M Healthcare Project - Springfield, MA - Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of a ground-up healthcare project
• Collaborate with the Springfield-based PM team to oversee schedules, budgets, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with healthcare construction standards and safety protocols
• Lead project meetings and maintain communication with stakeholders
• Support procurement and preconstruction planning
• Drive project milestones and resolve on-site challenges
• Uphold quality control and client satisfaction throughout the build

• Must have healthcare construction experience
• Stable employment history with minimal job-hopping
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Must be commutable to Springfield, MA (no hybrid/remote options)
