Job Description

As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting project management teams throughout all phases of construction. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid foundation in construction and a strong desire to grow into a leadership role.

• Assist Project Managers with planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.
• Track project schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Collaborate with field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Participate in site visits, progress meetings, and safety inspections.
• Support quality control and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.

• 2+ years of experience in a construction-related role, preferably as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility.
