Red Leaf Developments, Inc. Construction Project Coordination Manager Location: Loomis, CA Red Leaf Developments, Inc. is a design-build firm redefining the standard for outdoor living environments. We are hiring a Project Coordination Manager who is responsible for managing field staff labor and equipment scheduling while ensuring alignment with project management schedules to meet weekly goals. Additionally, this position focuses on problem-solving challenges within construction projects and working closely with the Director of Construction to drive the team toward hitting financial targets. Key Responsibilities: Labor & Equipment Scheduling: Oversee and manage field staff labor and equipment schedules, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

Project Management Oversight:

Monitor and oversee Project Manager schedules in relation to established goals, ensuring projects are tracking toward financial success. Financial Goal Management: Collaborate with leadership to analyze project financials and identify solutions to improve profitability on projects as well as the speed of project completion. Construction Leadership Support: Work alongside the Director of Construction to improve the customer experience, ensure project efficiency, and manage project timing. Special Projects Procurement: Support the procurement team with special projects to ensure the construction team delivers on its agreements/promises.

Qualifications:

3+ years in construction operations and financial problem-solving required. Swimming pool and spa, hardscape/masonry, and landscape experience strongly preferred. Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role required. Strong organizational and analytical skills.



Ability to collaborate with staff to drive profitability and drive customer service. Excellent communication and leadership skills Process-driven with strong analytical and project management skills. Proficiency with project management software and with Google Workspace, Smartsheets, and Excel/Sheets strongly preferred. Strong cultural alignment with Red Leaf's Core Values Physical Requirements: The ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds, the ability to stoop, crawl, kneel, bend at the neck and waist,twist at the neck and waist, grasp, use fine manipulation, reach above shoulder height, lift, sit, and stand for long periods of time (up to 10 hours per day).
