Position Overview

As the Construction Production Supervisor, you'll be responsible for coordinating multiple remodeling projects from setup through completion, ensuring that every job reflects our standards of quality, schedule discipline, and client satisfaction. You'll organize manpower and materials, anticipate challenges, and help our production team perform at its best.

Key Responsibilities

Manage active projects to ensure scope, schedule, and budget alignment Oversee field teams, including Project Managers, Lead Carpenters, and trade partners Monitor daily operations and step in to resolve scheduling or material issues Maintain accurate job schedules using project management tools (JobTread and Sage experience ideal) Lead site safety, compliance, and quality control practices Coordinate material procurement and logistics with suppliers Conduct client walkthroughs and maintain clear, proactive communication Mentor team members through ongoing feedback and development

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive experience in construction or remodeling management Strong technical understanding of framing, finishes, and mechanical coordination Proven ability to lead and motivate field teams toward high standards Skilled in interpreting drawings, scopes, and specifications Experience with digital project management tools preferred Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Professional integrity, initiative, and a passion for excellence

Compensation & Benefits

Total compensation around $95,000 Base salary: $72,000-$78,000 per year, depending on experience Full-time schedule: 4x10-hour days (Monday-Thursday), occasional Fridays Company vehicle provided Health, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Paid holidays and PTO Ongoing leadership and professional development opportunities Office-based in Harleysville, PA

South Eastern Pennsylvania (five-county region north and West of Philadelphia).
