This Project Manager position works

Monday-Friday, 7:30 am -4:30 pm

and earns a

competitive wage

of

$65,000 a year

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CONSTRUCTION PRODUCTION MANAGER

As a Construction Production Manager, you are in charge of ensuring our remodeling projects are done with high quality every time. As you manage field personnel and subcontractors, you lead them to produce the desired project results. Before, during, and after construction, you use your amazing communication skills to keep clients well informed and make sure their needs are met.


You work with the production team to create a daily schedule and see that the schedule is followed. You make sure technicians are updated with special client conditions and provide hands-on assistance when needed. To stay ahead, you order materials and coordinate the timing of their arrival and placement. Projects stay organized, under budget, on schedule, and free of safety incidents under your watch. After the completion of each construction project, you complete a final walk-through and collect payment.


You maintain a friendly disposition in all your interactions and our clients are happy with the remodeling transformations done by our team. In this project management position, you enjoy the variety inherent in your job and feel good about the important part you play in helping us build our loyal customer base!

QUALIFICATIONS

At least 5 years of experience in the remodeling industry Framing, roofing, drywall, painting, carpentry, exterior and interior, blueprints, concrete, light electrical, small plumbing, and permits experience
