Job Description
We're hiring an experienced Construction Operations Manager to oversee landscape construction projects from planning through completion. This role leads field operations, crews, and schedules to ensure safe, high-quality, on-time delivery.
What You'll Do
Manage crews, schedules, and daily field operations
Oversee budgets, timelines, and material procurement
Coordinate with designers, subcontractors, and vendors
Enforce safety standards, quality control, and project requirements
Resolve field issues and keep projects on track
Requirements:
Proven experience managing construction or landscape operations Strong leadership across crews and multi-project schedules Budgeting, procurement, and timeline management skills Clear communication and problem-solving in the field
