Job Description
Contractor Connect FL is a fast-growing contractor services company that supports homeowners and real estate agents with roofing, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical projects -- often using our paid-at-closing option for real estate transactions.
We are looking for a highly organized, reliable, and proactive Office Administrator / Job Coordinator to manage customer communication, job scheduling, CRM tracking (Roofr), and day-to-day office operations.
This role is critical to keeping jobs moving, customers happy, and the company running smoothly.

- Reliable, punctual, and consistent
- Experience in contracting, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical is preferred but not required
- Experience using a CRM like Roofr, JobNimbus, ServiceTitan, or AccuLynx
- Understanding of invoicing & basic bookkeeping
- Social media or basic marketing knowledge
