National Business Development Manager
--a motivated, results-driven professional with a proven national network in senior living development. This is a prime opportunity for an ambitious "hunter" who thrives on quick sales, strategic growth, and meaningful industry relationships.
Position Overview
As National Business Development Manager, you will own the entire business development lifecycle--from prospecting to deal closure. Your mission is to leverage your existing network and industry expertise to drive rapid growth, position Nino Development as the premier partner for senior living development, and help shape our national expansion strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new senior living development projects nationwide.
Leverage an established professional network to generate immediate business opportunities and exceed sales targets.
Develop and execute a national growth strategy to expand Nino Development's footprint in the senior living sector.
Build and maintain high-value client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Monitor national market trends, pipelines, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
Collaborate closely with the executive and project management teams to ensure seamless transitions from closed deals to successful project execution.
Qualifications
Proven track record of quick sales and exceeding business development targets in commercial real estate, construction, or a related industry.
A
robust national network
within the senior living development and investment sector (required).
Strong experience in lead generation, pipeline building, and deal closure.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a focus on results.
Entrepreneurial "hunter" mentality with the ability to work independently.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Construction Management, or related field.
