My client, a mission-driven general contractor with a strong presence in the DMV area, is seeking a skilled MEP Estimator to join their growing preconstruction team. **APPLY TODAY TO BE CONSIDERED WITHIN 24HRS**
As an MEP Estimator, you'll play a critical role in the preconstruction process, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing for complex, community-focused projects.
In this role, you will:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare bid packages
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes for accuracy and completeness
• Participate in value engineering and cost-saving initiatives

You're a detail-oriented estimator with a passion for MEP systems and a desire to contribute to projects that make a difference.
You bring:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in MEP estimating for commercial or institutional construction
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
