Shop Carpenters, Builders & CNC Operators - 2nd Shift

We're hiring Shop Carpenters, Builders, and CNC Operators for our growing Second Shift team in Keene. If you're ready for a rewarding hands-on role with higher pay, long weekends, and a great team culture--this is your opportunity.

Shift Details:

Training Period (90 days): Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Regular Hours: Monday-Thursday | 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM 3-Day Weekend Every Week! (Fridays Off) Second Shift Differential: +$4.00/hour on top of base pay

What You'll Be Doing:

Building walls, roofs, and floors in our modern, climate-controlled facility Working with framing, sheathing, insulation, air sealing, and bundling Installing windows and doors Operating CNC machinery and forklifts

What You Bring:

A desire to learn and apply innovative, sustainable building techniques Carpentry, woodworking, or construction experience (we pay for experience!) Comfort using tools, reading measurements, and working with your hands Positive attitude and strong work ethic CNC or AutoCAD experience is a plus
