is a rural and small town home builder specializing in single-family, semi-custom modular homes. We are a general contractor in completing the entire home (foundation to move in) .

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Manager/Builder to oversee and coordinate all aspects of our construction projects from ground breaking to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate construction activities from start to finish, including organizing schedules, budgets, and resources. Supervise and manage on-site personnel such as contractors, subcontractors, and construction workers. Ensure all construction activities comply with industry standards, codes, and regulations. Procure materials and equipment, ensuring that everything is delivered on time and within budget. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control, safety, and environmental compliance. Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process. Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.

Qualifications:

Prefer a degree in construction management or a related field, but will count experience highly. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations. Proficiency in project management software and Excel. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of modular construction techniques is a positive, but not required.
