The Construction Manager must have a strong knowledge of construction practices, design, build, safety, and other related practices conforming to utility industry standards. To include the ability to read construction drawings and manage construction schedules and budgets. The Construction Manager will work closely with Construction Supervisors and Crews, CMS Operations Director, City & County representatives and Customer Representatives to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of assigned customer jobs. The Construction Manager will provide day-to-day supervision of Field Supervisors, Crew Leaders, Laborers and subcontractors at customer sites. In this position, the Construction Manager will be responsible for all staff, budget and operations of the business.
