Position

We are looking for a qualified person with a construction and management background to manage all aspects of a construction business that is focused on renovating residential properties. The Construction Manager will be responsible for the following:

developing scope specifications, schedules, and budgets for construction projects

recruiting, hiring, supervising, and developing construction resources

completing projects according to plan, schedule and budget

placing material orders

managing utility activation and trash disposal at project sites

monitoring and approving payroll

overseeing construction workers as they perform the following activities:

o demolition

o drywall

o carpentry

o paint

o flooring

o plumbing

o electrical

o gas

o fixtures

o doors

o windows

o decks

o roofing

o exterior walls

o landscaping

Requirements:

Must be technology oriented

reliable source of transportation

active driver's license

appropriate tools

very strong work ethic

takes direction well, coachable

willing to learn

prompt

professional & respectful

excellent communication skills

proven leadership skills

experience managing a construction business, crews, staff, operations and logistics

non-discriminatory

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
