Hallmark Homes, Inc. is currently searching for a team-oriented construction manager and crew leader to oversee the building process of client homes from start to finish located in Anderson-Muncie and surrounding areas. Hallmark Homes is one of the largest on-your-lot custom home builders in the Midwest and is ranked as Indiana's number 1 custom home builder. Having built nearly 3,000 homes since 1992, our quality control, scheduling, and warranty are second to none.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 25-50 residential homes built start to finish in portfolio. 5-10 years residential construction experience required Strong Project Management Skills Adherence to budgets Attract new and maintain existing subcontractor relationships Carpentry background preferred Trim carpentry & punch-out labor experience a plus
The 4 main aspects of this role are:

1. Manage the customer relationship once construction begins 2. Drive the job to keep the schedule on track and modify as needed. 3. Check in all material load deliveries 4. Perform Quality Control Checks
