We're looking for a driven, organized Construction Logistics Manager to coordinate materials, equipment, suppliers, and field operations across multiple job sites.
Whether you're entering the construction industry or bringing previous experience, this role offers hands-on training, real responsibility, and a clear advancement path from day one.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Coordinate and track logistics for multiple construction projects
Manage inventory, deliveries, and equipment schedules
Communicate daily with vendors, suppliers, project managers, and field teams
Identify bottlenecks, material shortages, and delays -- and resolve them proactively
Support PMs with reporting, documentation, and process improvements
Maintain and enforce company standards for safety, quality, and accountability
Be reliably present on job sites and lead with a "no excuses" attitude
WHO YOU ARE
Motivated, dependable, and eager to grow within the construction industry
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
A clear and confident communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments
Local to Oahu (required)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Able to work on-site Monday-Friday with occasional flexibility as needed
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED
No construction experience required -- we will train you
Prior experience in logistics, construction, or supply chain is a plus
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Annual Base Pay:
$41,600 - $62,400 (DOE & performance)
Performance Bonuses:
Top performers can reach $100,000+ annually
