Job Description

Pay:

$16-$23/hour (plus potential overtime) depending on experience, with room for advancement.

Schedule:

40 hours/week 7:30 AM-3:30 PM, with occasional overtime

Location:

North Valley, Albuquerque, NM (Los Ranchos)

Our landscaping company is known for its high-quality, personalized designs on large-scale projects, with precision follow-up and maintenance to keep their landscape beautiful for years to come.

Responsibilities:

Assist in all aspects of landscape construction on custom-designed projects. Haul materials using wheelbarrows and other equipment. Dig and prepare soil for planting flowers, shrubs, and trees. Perform gravel work, grading, and mulch spreading. Installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Set up irrigation systems designed specifically to meet needs of individual plants and their prescribed water requirements. Install outdoor lighting. Build water features. Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely in various weather conditions. Maintain equipment by conducting regular inspections and performing minor repairs as necessary. Operate equipment such as prowlers, mud buggies, dingos, and skid steers (training provided).

Requirements:

Must have a valid driver's license

(deal-breaker). Physically fit and capable of performing strenuous work in outdoor environments. Ability to lift up to

60 pounds

regularly. Experience in landscaping or construction preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
