We are seeking qualified individuals familiar with conventional excavation construction as well as trenchless methods (specifically Pipe Bursting). This will be a working driver position that is willing to help transport equipment, materials and crew members as well as work on the crew once you arrive at your destination.
Job would include work in and around sanitary and storm sewers, particularly with replacement of old pipe and installation of new pipe. Technicians perform cleaning and preparing a job site, loading and delivering materials, and using a variety of tools and heavy equipment.

Job Scope:

• Entry-level position with practical operating knowledge to perform Pipe Bursting.
• Performs standardized, ongoing duties and tasks as assigned.
• Makes routine decisions and takes direction from supervision.
• Laborers will be required to work in all weather conditions and must be prepared for both extreme hot and cold temperatures.
• General working knowledge of using mechanical equipment, forklift and hand tools.
• Technicians have a physically strenuous and demanding job. Must be able to lift, push, pull and/or carry at least 50 lbs.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Valid drivers license required. CDL highly preferred!
• Bilingual preferred but not required.
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical, drug test and driving record check.
• Requires previous experience using equipment and tools. Additional experience with machinery operation and repair preferred.
• Laborers must follow all local, state and federal regulations and procedures to ensure that all activities are completed in a safe and efficient manner.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time, hourly position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday and includes shift work, weekends, evenings and holidays with heavy out of town work required. Flexibility is required as job duties demand.
