Job Title: Construction Laborer/Carpenter

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for performing construction labor work/carpenter work at construction sites managed by Callahan Construction, Inc. Construction sites are located in and around the Dubuque County area. Regular hours will be Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or as arranged with the owner.

Responsibilities:
- Perform carpentry work, including construction and repairs
- Install and repair flooring, including hardwood, laminate, and tile
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete carpentry tasks
- Frame walls using metal studs and other materials
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a carpenter or laborer in the construction industry
- Proficiency in construction painting, flooring installation, metal stud framing, and power tool operation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks and lift heavy materials as needed
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment
