Duties

Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks, including concrete breakout, backfill, and assisting other departments as needed. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and job sites. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met. Perform physical labor such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed.

Requirements

Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required; we welcome entry-level candidates willing to learn. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly. Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus. Strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration. Must be able to work in various weather conditions and environments typical of construction sites. A valid driver's license may be required depending on job site location. Pay: $38.15 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
