Responsibilities

Assist with site preparation, including unloading materials and setting up tools and equipment Support skilled workers by carrying materials, mixing concrete, and performing basic tasks as directed Maintain a clean and organized worksite to ensure safety and efficiency Follow safety protocols at all times, including wearing appropriate protective gear Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision to aid in construction activities Help with loading and unloading supplies and equipment on-site or at storage areas Conduct routine inspections of work areas to identify hazards or issues needing attention

Experience

No prior experience required; willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are essential Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods Basic understanding of construction site safety practices is a plus but not mandatory Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately Reliable attendance and punctuality are highly valued in this role
