Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team on-site.

Responsibilities

Assist skilled tradespeople in performing construction tasks such as framing, drywall installation, and concrete pouring. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and job sites. Maintain a clean and organized work environment by removing debris and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to project timelines. Participate in site preparation, including digging trenches, setting up scaffolding, and mixing materials as needed. Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors immediately.

Experience

Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment is a plus. Ability to follow safety guidelines and protocols on the job site. Strong physical endurance, with the capability of lifting heavy materials (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the day. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration on projects.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
