HELP WANTED: Construction Laborer

C&E Excavating, Inc. Sedalia, Mo

We are seeking a dependable

Construction Laborer

to join our growing heavy equipment team. This position supports daily operations on construction sites and assists equipment operators and crew members.

Responsibilities:

Assist with setup, operation, and cleanup of job sites Support heavy equipment operators as needed Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, and site maintenance Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements:

Prior construction or labor experience preferred (but not required) Ability to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions Willingness to learn and take direction Reliable transportation and strong work ethic OSHA certification a plus
