Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Duties

Assist in the preparation and clean-up of construction sites. Delivering and assembling scaffolding on job sites. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment. Operate some hand and power tools safely and effectively. Follow instructions from supervisors and project managers. Help with the assembly of structures, including insulation and drywall installation. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety. Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols on-site.

Skills

Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects. Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment. Ability to follow directions accurately and efficiently. Strong communication skills for effective teamwork. Problem-solving skills to address challenges on-site. Familiarity with safety practices in construction environments is a plus. Previous experience in construction or related fields is desirable but not required.
