Responsibilities

Assist with site preparation by clearing debris, loading and unloading materials, and setting up work areas for upcoming tasks. Support skilled tradespeople by handling basic construction tasks such as mixing product, installing hand trowled materials. Operate hand tools and light machinery safely under supervision, ensuring all safety protocols are followed diligently. Help maintain a clean, organized work environment by regularly tidying work areas and disposing of waste properly. Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times to prevent accidents and injuries. Participate in routine site inspections to identify potential hazards and report concerns promptly to supervisors. Contribute to team efforts by staying motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills in a fast-paced construction setting.

Requirements

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials, standing and bending for extended periods, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to follow instructions carefully. Reliable transportation to get to different job sites as needed. Basic understanding of construction safety practices; prior experience is a plus but not required. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors. Willingness to learn new skills quickly and take on diverse responsibilities on-site. Must be at least 18 years old with legal eligibility to work in the country. Pay: $175.00 - $225.00 per day
