What you'll do

Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites to maintain a safe working environment Operate hand tools and power tools under supervision to complete assigned tasks Load and unload materials, ensuring they are properly stored and organized Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks on the job site Collaborate with team members to execute project plans effectively Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment as needed Support skilled tradespeople in various tasks such as demolition, framing, drywall installation, or concrete pouring

Basic qualifications

Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor for extended periods Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Preferred qualifications

Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in the construction industry Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
