We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our team. This role involves assisting with various construction projects, supporting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring the smooth progress of building activities. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn about construction processes. Responsibilities

Assist with site preparation, including unloading materials and setting up tools and equipment Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers in daily tasks Carry out general labor duties including digging, lifting, and moving materials safely Maintain a clean and organized worksite to promote safety and efficiency Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment at all times Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision Assist with loading and unloading supplies and equipment as needed Support the installation of structures, fixtures, or other components according to project specifications

Experience

Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required; training will be provided Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials is advantageous but not mandatory Reliable transportation and valid driver's license are preferred for site access

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 55 per week
