Crossroad Construction Group, LLC is hiring a full-time

Construction Laborer

to support commercial remodel projects primarily focused on

The UPS Store

locations across

Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Idaho

. This is a hands-on role for someone who's dependable, hard-working, and ready to travel.

Pay & Travel:

$20/hour

$40/day per diem (or meals provided) for out-of-state travel

Company or rental vehicle provided

for out-of-state travel

Responsibilities:

Assist with general construction duties on commercial job sites Load/unload materials, clean up work areas, and move equipment Support Foreman and Supervisor with assigned tasks Follow directions, work safely, and maintain a clean job site Help ensure remodels are completed on time and up to company standards

Requirements:

Prior construction experience preferred, but not required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Willingness and availability to travel regularly and stay overnight Able to work long hours and perform physical labor

Personal hand tools preferred

Must be reliable, respectful, and ready to work as part of a team
