Overview

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and motivated individual to join our team as a Construction Laborer. In this role, you will be an essential part of our construction team, assisting in the physical tasks contributing to the completion of various projects while ensuring job sites are safe, organized and efficient. Duties

Assist in construction, installation, and maintenance of telecom infrastructure. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment to complete construction tasks. Excavate trenches and install conduit for telecom lines, ensuring proper alignment and safety. Follow all safety procedures, regulations, and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Work with a team to complete projects on time and within budget. Perform site clean-up and ensure work areas are organized. Lift and carry materials, tools, and equipment as needed. Assist with troubleshooting and repairing existing telecom infrastructure. Perform general maintenance tasks to ensure tools and equipment are in good working condition. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project goals are met.

Requirements

Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to follow instructions, communicate, and work collaboratively within a team environment. Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). Willingness to learn new skills and take on various tasks as needed. Clean driving record.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
