Responsibilities

Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and organizing materials to ensure smooth workflow. Support skilled workers by carrying tools, supplies, and equipment needed for various tasks throughout the project. Help with the installation of building components such as framing, drywall, flooring, or roofing under supervision. Follow safety protocols diligently by wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to site safety guidelines at all times. Perform general labor tasks including digging trenches, mixing concrete, and loading or unloading materials to keep projects on schedule. Maintain a clean and organized work environment by disposing of waste materials properly and keeping tools in good condition. Report any safety hazards or equipment issues immediately to supervisors to ensure a secure work environment.

Requirements

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy materials, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong work ethic with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills on the job. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions carefully and communicate effectively with team members. Basic understanding of construction safety practices; prior experience is a plus but not required. Reliable transportation to job sites; punctuality is essential for project success. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 80 per week
