Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up equipment Support skilled workers by carrying tools, supplies, and materials to designated areas Help with site cleanup, debris removal, and maintaining a safe work environment Follow safety protocols at all times, including wearing protective gear and adhering to safety guidelines Learn to operate basic construction equipment under supervision Assist in measuring, marking, and layout tasks as directed by supervisors Support the team in completing project milestones on schedule by staying proactive and engaged Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and safety compliance
