Responsibilities

Assist with loading and unloading construction materials and equipment Prepare job sites by cleaning and setting up necessary tools and supplies Perform basic demolition, excavation, and site cleanup activities Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times Operate hand tools and small power tools under supervision Assist with the setup and dismantling of scaffolding, ladders, and temporary structures Help ensure materials are stored properly and securely on-site

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and attention to detail Reliable transportation to job sites Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions Prior experience in construction or related fields is a plus but not required Ability to follow instructions carefully and work effectively as part of a team Basic knowledge of construction safety standards is desirable but training will be provided
Pay: $15.00 - $27.40 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
