Duties

Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up equipment Removing brush, & trees Assist in installing Septic systems Help with site safety by following protocols, maintaining clean work areas Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision to perform tasks such as digging, lifting, or moving materials Follow detailed instructions to help install structures, fixtures, or infrastructure components accurately Conduct routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining a safe work environment

Experience

Prior experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions Basic understanding of construction site safety procedures and OSHA regulations is advantageous Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills on the job Reliable attendance and punctuality are critical for contributing effectively to project timelines

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
