Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting various construction projects by performing physical tasks that contribute to the successful completion of building and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be reliable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in construction is a plus but not required; we provide training for motivated individuals. This position offers an opportunity to develop hands-on experience in the construction industry while contributing to meaningful projects.

Responsibilities

Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up equipment Load, unload, and organize materials and tools needed for construction tasks Perform manual labor such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials Support skilled tradespeople with tasks such as measuring, cutting, and assembling components Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to ensure safety for all team members Operate basic power tools under supervision and assist with equipment setup and maintenance Adhere to project timelines and communicate effectively with team members regarding progress or issues

Qualifications

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately Prior experience in construction or manual labor is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided Basic knowledge of construction safety standards is preferred Willingness to learn new skills and work as part of a team Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
