Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction activities, including framing, roofing, siding, windows and doors, and occasionally finish work. Load and unload materials and equipment at job sites. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision. Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials as needed. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications.

Requirements

Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and standing for extended periods. Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced tradespeople. Must adhere to safety regulations and practices at all times on the job site. Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
