Position Overview

We're seeking a hardworking and motivated

Residential Construction Laborer

to join our construction team. The ideal candidate is dependable, eager to learn, and ready to assist in all phases of residential building projects--from site prep to final finishes.

Responsibilities

Assist site supervisor with day-to-day tasks. Perform general labor duties such as material handling, job site cleanup, and debris removal. Load and unload construction materials. Follow instructions from supervisors and work efficiently as part of a team. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site.

Qualifications

Prior experience in residential construction preferred but not required. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks. Reliable transportation to and from job sites. Knowledge of basic tools and safety procedures.
