We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our team. This role involves assisting with various construction projects, supporting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring the smooth progress of building activities. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, reliable, and eager to learn about construction processes. Duties

Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment on-site Prepare construction sites by cleaning, clearing debris, and setting up safety barriers Support carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople with their tasks as needed Mix and pour concrete or assist with other foundational tasks Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work environment Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work site to ensure efficiency and safety

Requirements

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately Reliable transportation to job sites; valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory Knowledge of basic safety procedures on construction sites is advantageous Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work effectively as part of a team Ability to adhere to safety standards and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
