Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Jobsite Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, extensive knowledge of construction processes, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations at the construction site, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, laborers, and other personnel involved in the project. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel. Conduct regular inspections of work quality, ensuring that all tasks meet established standards. Interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide project execution. Implement quality control measures throughout the construction process to ensure high standards are met. Daily reports/pictures

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in supervising job sites. Knowledge of quality control procedures and safety regulations (OSHA). Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately for effective project execution. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage diverse groups of workers effectively.
