Vanger Windows & Doors, an Andersen Window Premier Certified Contractor, is growing and needs Installation Supervisors. Selected candidates will manage one or more employees to install replacement windows, entry doors and patio doors in residential homes. Candidates must have experience installing windows, doors and have the ability to fabricate interior and exterior trim. Previous management experience required, interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with customers is necessary. Candidates must be highly organized, possess a valid driver's license, have the ability to get to our shop in Woonsocket every morning. BCI check & drug test before hiring.

As a Lead Supervisor, you will be responsible for running jobs, ensuring that quality standards for fit and finish are met, as well as managing and developing your people.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
