Duties

Conduct thorough inspections of construction sites to verify compliance with plans, specifications, and safety regulations Review blueprints, schematics, and construction contracts to understand project requirements and scope Perform quality control and quality inspection activities throughout all phases of construction Collect and analyze data related to construction progress, materials, and workmanship for reporting purposes Monitor construction site activities for adherence to safety protocols and industry standards Identify potential issues or deviations early and communicate corrective actions effectively Document inspection findings through detailed reports and maintain accurate records of all inspections and site activities

Requirements

Proven experience in construction inspection or related roles within the construction industry Strong knowledge of construction processes, quality control procedures, and safety regulations Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Excellent analysis skills for assessing construction data, identifying issues, and recommending solutions Familiarity with construction management practices, contracts, and compliance standards Experience working on pipeline or infrastructure projects is a plus Proficiency in using data collection tools and inspection software is desirable

Pay: $80,010.00 - $88,330.00 per year
