Duties

Review blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to understand project requirements and ensure accurate implementation. Perform quality control and quality inspection activities to identify defects or deviations early, ensuring corrective actions are taken promptly. Collect and analyze data related to construction progress, materials, and workmanship to support project documentation and reporting. Monitor construction activities related to pipelines or other infrastructure components, ensuring adherence to technical standards. Collaborate with construction management teams, contractors, and engineers to resolve issues related to contracts or design discrepancies. Maintain detailed records of inspections, findings, and corrective actions for project accountability and future reference.

Skills

Strong knowledge of construction processes, site safety protocols, and quality inspection techniques. Proven experience in construction site supervision or inspection roles with a focus on quality control. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Excellent analysis skills for assessing construction methods against project specifications. Familiarity with construction management practices and contract requirements. Proficiency in data collection tools and documentation procedures for tracking project progress. Experience working on pipeline projects or similar infrastructure developments is a plus.
