Job Summary


We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Inspector to oversee and ensure the quality, safety, and compliance of construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong analysis skills and a thorough understanding of construction management, blueprint reading, and quality control procedures. This role involves inspecting construction sites, reviewing plans and schematics, and ensuring adherence to contracts and safety standards. The Construction Inspector will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of pipeline projects and other construction initiatives by conducting thorough inspections and data collection.

Responsibilities



Conduct detailed inspections of construction sites to verify compliance with plans, schematics, and safety regulations. Perform quality control and quality inspection tasks throughout various phases of construction projects. Review blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to ensure accuracy and adherence to project specifications. Collect data related to construction progress, materials used, and safety measures for reporting purposes. Monitor construction activities on-site to identify potential issues or deviations from contract requirements. Collaborate with construction management teams to resolve discrepancies or quality concerns promptly. Ensure that all work performed meets industry standards, codes, and client expectations. Document inspection findings accurately and prepare detailed reports for project stakeholders. Assist in the review of contracts and project documentation related to pipeline or other infrastructure projects. Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing inspection data to identify trends or recurring issues.

Requirements



Proven experience in construction inspection, site supervision, or related roles within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, quality control procedures, and safety standards. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings effectively. Excellent analysis skills with attention to detail for accurate data collection and reporting. Familiarity with construction management practices and contract requirements. Experience working on pipeline projects or large-scale infrastructure is preferred. Strong communication skills for coordinating with teams, contractors, and clients. Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment while maintaining high standards of quality assurance. Relevant certifications in construction inspection or safety are a plus. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.91 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30.0 per week
