Lead and oversee daily branch operations, including recruitment, scheduling, and administrative tasks Train, guide, and inspire a team to hit hiring and performance goals Maintain strong relationships with clients and field employees Analyze and track hiring metrics to ensure effectiveness Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and efficiency

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Has strong leadership and problem-solving skills Is confident in managing people and building high-performing teams Communicates effectively with clients, candidates, and team members Can manage time, tasks, and priorities in a fast-paced setting Has experience in construction staffing, recruiting, or a related field (preferred but not required)
