Job Description

Construction Foreman: Compensation is $25-35/hour based on experience. The Job:

• Lead a crew of 3 to 4 field employees
• Construct pre-engineered post frame structures
• Operate hand and power tools, operate equipment
• Read and interpret building plans, manage job site, stage materials
• Construct structural wood frame, install steel roof and wall panels
• Work from ladders and aerial work platforms up to 35 feet off the ground
• Stable income and reliable year-round construction work
• Work outside in a variety of elements, not in a factory or office
• Assigned one-ton truck, trailer, and skid steer - full set up to run a crew

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Prior building trades experience required (carpentry is preferred)
• On the Job Training is available
• Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions
• Must possess valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license
